Our enterprise is well equipped and strictly managed and owns a complete set of denim production equipment covering all processes such as spinning, dyeing, weaving, finishing, mercerizing, etc. With these machines, our annual denim productive capacity amounts to more than 200 million meters. The main equipment includes 18 sets of Autocoro-312 air spinning machines imported from Germany, 150 Belgian Picanol GAMMA machines, 60 Italian Smit SM93 rapier looms, and there are still other ball warp and slasher dyeing machines and finishing equipment including American famous Morison machines positioned in important places. We also hire professional technicians to hold the pass so as to ensure that the fabrics quality is stable and improving.
